To begin, access your account SETTINGS area by choosing that option from the menu that appears when you click your name in the upper right of any screen.
Next, look to see if your account is designated as a "Commercial" account. If the account is set to "Individual" you will need to change to a commercial account in order to create brand pages. Commercial accounts are FREE.
Once your account is commercial, you will see a MANAGE BRANDS button. Click to begin!
Clicking the ADD BRAND button will pop a window that allows you to enter your brand's name and the type of organization it is (e.g. manufacturer). After the brand is created, click the blue edit pencil to reveal instructions that get you up and running.
The rest of setup is easy. We suggest you represent your brand well with a medium to high resolution version of your logo and a banner that professionally represents your brand.
Posting as a Brand
To post as a brand, just click your name in the upper right and select SWITCH ACCOUNTS from the top of the menu. Once you choose a brand, you can begin posting as that brand! Your brand logo will appear on all posts and users clicking that name will be taken to your dedicated brand page. Switch back just as easily.
