LiveJudge™ will have three ways for contestants to be entered into the system:
- You may enter individual contestants by clicking the "Add" button
- You may import contestants from a spreadsheet or csv file
- You may activate "self-registration" for the event (and for individual scoring classes).
What Happens When You Add a Contestant?
When you import or manually add a new contestant to an event, they will receive an email indicating as much. They are free to access the LiveJudge app via their mobile device and make changes to their personal profile, avatar, entries and class participation (if you allow that).
How Do Contestants Sign Into the App?
Contestants need only access LiveJudge.com from their mobile device (or you can have a QR code handy at the event). They tap the contestant button (which will be labeled with whatever term you created during setup) and type in their mobile number. The system will text them an access code and that's it!

Contestants who are signed in will be able to enter voting ballots and classes (if you permit self-entry in classes).
