We will help you get your first event started with a popup modal that walks you through the process. After you have one event, to create a new event, access the EVENT LIST click the "Add Event" button in the upper right.
CONSTRUCT THE ELEMENTS OF YOUR EVENT
After your initial SAVE of the event, you'll see the structure of your event begin to take place in the center of your workspace. On the left, you'll see a menu for your event which allows you to:
- Edit event details
- Create competition rounds and assign judges
- Add contestants
- Administer scores entered by judges in any competition classes you may host
- Set up voting ballots for your event (e.g. "Best of Show")
BEFORE you begin setting up competition classes, you will need to customize your COMPETITION LIBRARY with reusable competition classes, judging factors and judging standards. We will get you started with sample classes, judging factors and scoring standards, but you are free to modify or create entirely new classes. This is covered here.
